One Word

Katherine DaSilva

Did you make any resolutions for 2019?  If you did my guess is that you've already given up on most if not all of them.  I don't make resolutions.  Not anymore.  A couple of years ago I started choosing a word for the year.   The idea is that instead of setting a lot of different resolutions, you select one single word to help guide you and be your focus.  You then use that word to set goals throughout the year.  Have you ever tried it?
