Bags - I suggest spot cleaning or hand washing. If you decide to wash your bag in the washer I suggest using a mild soap and gentle cycle. I am not responsible for any damage or deterioration from machine washing your bag. Lay flat to dry and press with a warm iron.
Yarn - Hand wash only in warm water with a mild wool wash. Lay flat to dry.
Adventure Bags - 15" wide x 11.5" tall x 5" deep
Road Trip Bags - 10" wide x 9.5" tall x 6" deep
Simple Sock - 75/25 SW Merino/Nylon, 4 Ply, 100g skein / 463 yards
Worsted - 100% SW Merino, 100g / 220 yards
Tweed Sock - 85% SW Merino/15% Nep, 2 ply, 438 yards / 100g skeins
Shimmer Sock - 75% Superwash Merino/20% Silk/5% Stellina, 100 grams / 438 yards
Customers with Allergies
My products are made in a smoke free pet friendly environment. Although they are not allowed near the merchandise and every effort is made to keep products clean and dust free, Zoey and Lola love to be in the studio and I cannot guarantee that a stray pet hair won't find it's way onto your order. If you have pet allergies please be aware of this and take this into consideration when making your purchase.
I ship through the US Postal Service. Shipments are sent out twice a week, on Tuesdays and Fridays.
I use calculated shipping and only charge you what it costs to mail your package plus a small fee to cover the cost of packaging.
Ready to Ship items usually ship between 1-3 business days. Made to Order items will take longer but usually ship within 2-4 weeks. Confirmation emails are sent at every stage of the order processing.
I ship to the address on your order. Please make sure the ship to address is correct when placing your order. I am not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to an incorrect shipping address on your order. If your package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address I will gladly re-send your package for an additional shipping charge.
Returns & Exchanges
Cancellations may be requested within 24 hours after placing an order. However, if your order has already been prepped and packaged it cannot be canceled.
I do not accept returns or exchanges but please contact me if you have any questions or concerns with your order.
If you do not receive your package within the expected shipping time please contact me and I will do my best to help track it - domestic orders only. International orders have no tracking information.
**However, please be aware that I do not consider a package lost until it has been 30 days from the date of shipping and will not replace an item until the full 30 days has passed. After the 30 days if your package has not been delivered I will ship you a replacement of either the same items you ordered, if fabric and materials are available to recreate them, or a replacement of equal value. I DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS FOR LOST PACKAGES.**
Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
Custom and personalized orders
I don't regularly accept custom orders but will sometimes fulfill a custom request involving a modification to a current listing (i.e. swapping a fabric choice). If you have a customization request the best thing to do is to contact me and I will do my best to accommodate you if possible.
Do you sell anywhere besides online?

Do you do wholesale orders?
