Customers with allergies

My products are made in a smoke-free pet-friendly environment. Although they are not allowed near the merchandise and every effort is made to keep products clean and dust free, Zoey and Lola love to be in the studio and I cannot guarantee that a stray pet hair won't find it's way onto your order. If you have pet allergies please be aware of this and take this into consideration when making your purchase.

Custom and personalized orders

I don't regularly accept custom orders but will sometimes fulfill a custom request involving a modification to a current listing (i.e. swapping a fabric choice). If you have a customization request the best thing to do is to contact me and I will do my best to accommodate you if possible.

I see a Cozy Kits section in your shop but there's nothing listed there.  What is a Cozy Kit and when are they available?

Cozy Kits are specially curated kits designed to create an inclusive cozy experience for the recipient. Whether you are gifting one to yourself or a special friend these luxurious kits will help you get comfy and set the mood for a cozy afternoon or evening of hand making and self-indulgence. They are only offered a few times a year and in very limited quantity and usually sell out quite fast.  If you really want to snag one of these kits the best thing to do is sign up for my email list or join my Facebook VIP group.  You can also follow me on Instagram.

Do you sell anywhere besides online?

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic not at this time.  But I hope to sell at retail shops and vendor events again soon.

Do you do collaborations with other makers?

Yes, I love to collaborate and support other makers. If you make something you think will coordinate with my products lets talk.  Generally speaking, it should be something that will be of interest to knitters, fiber enthusiasts or hand makers.  For example; yarn, stitch markers, handmade candles, etc.  Contact me and let me know your idea.  There is a special contact form just for you under the contact tab in the menu bar.

Do you do wholesale orders?

Wholesale is something I am just learning about and getting started with, but yes, I do wholesale and consignment.  If you are interested in stocking my products please get in touch.  I'd love to discuss the opportunity with you.

Can I use photos of your products on my website?

No.  I appreciate you wanting to share my products but please do not use any photos from my website, Instagram, Facebook, social media or anywhere else you may encounter a photo of my products without permission.  They are copyright protected and cannot be used without my express consent.  To do so will violate copyright laws and you will immediately be sent a cease and desist letter.  If you are interested in featuring my products on your blog, social media or print please contact me and let's work together so I can help promote your feature.  As I stated above I love supporting others and would love to support you too.  But please don't steal my copyrighted images.
