Returns & Exchanges
Cancellations may be requested within 24 hours after placing an order. However, once I begin work on your order it cannot be canceled.
If you are not happy with your order contact me within 3 business days of receiving your order and ship your unused items in their original package back to me within 7 business days. After receiving the returned items and validating that they are in their original packaging and unused I will either issue a full refund less any shipping charges or other applicable fees or store credit. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
My item arrived damaged, what do I do?
If an item arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of the date of shipment for US orders, or within 30 days for orders shipped internationally. I will work with you to find a suitable solution. I reserve the right to request return shipment of the damaged item.
Items that cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized items
- Sale items
- Lotions, body butters, ect. (for health safety)
- Special requests
If you do not receive your package within the expected shipping time please contact me and I will do my best to help track it - domestic orders only. International orders have no tracking information.
**However, please be aware that I do not consider a package lost until it has been 30 days from the date of shipping and will not replace an item until the full 30 days has passed. After the 30 days if your package has not been delivered I will ship you a replacement of either the same items you ordered if fabric and materials are available to recreate them, or a replacement or store credit of equal value less any applicable shipping charges or other applicable fees. I DO NOT ISSUE CASH REFUNDS FOR LOST PACKAGES.**
